Phil brings decades of real-world experience to every coaching engagement. Having worked at the forefront of manufacturing and aerospace — including a distinguished tenure at CAV Aerospace and as a Tier 1 supplier partner to Airbus UK on joint improvement projects — he has built a reputation as a brilliant innovator who is totally committed to process improvement and people development.

His career spans some of the most demanding sectors in British industry: Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Defence & MOD, National Infrastructure, and the Recycling industry. Clients include CAV Aerospace, Airbus UK, GE Oil & Gas, Baker Hughes, BAE Systems, Thales, Network Rail and North West Recycling — organisations where performance, compliance, and people truly matter.
